Pro Cheer Ninja Classes

Not everyone wants to be a cheerleader or a tumbler, but everyone can benefit from improving their strength, coordination, and agility! Our Ninja Class at Pro Cheer is high-energy and perfect for boys and girls who love to move and have fun. Athletes will tackle exciting obstacle courses, build confidence, and develop athletic skills in a positive, fast-paced environment.

Ninja Class Options

SIDEKICKS

Ages 1-3
This is a fun class for children and their sidekick (sidekick to include mom, dad, grandparent, or other guardian), encouraging little Ninjas to engage with their peers as they move and practice their physical and social skills! The coaches, along with parents, will guide the “sidekicks” through an easy to navigate obstacle course – no ninja experience required! The children build confidence as they practice and improve gross motor skills, balance, and agility.

BEGINNER NINJA

Ages 3-7
Build Physical Strength, Gain coordination, and develop self awareness. Your kids will become stronger each week in a healthy environment utilizing our progressive training program. Along with increased physical strength comes the fine-tuning of motor skills that contribute to one’s overall coordination. You will see your child become more aware of what they are truly capable of accomplishing.

JR. NINJA

Ages 7 & Up
Gain self-confidence, Increase mental focus, problem-solving, and create lasting friendships. As they become stronger and faster, their self-confidence will grow, and they’ll take pride in the physical things they can now do and appreciate the progress they’ve made.
With each new obstacle comes new problems to solve. Your child will learn how to problem-solve in a controlled, high energy and positive atmosphere. They will also make new friends and gain new social outlets.

OPEN NINJA

This is a high-energy, strength building, drop- in class. There will be a range of obstacles that change class to class. We will focus on the fundamentals of swinging, climbing, jumping, traversing, balance, tumbling and floor skills.
